We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Health Cloud solutions to enhance patient engagement, care coordination, provider collaboration, and healthcare operations.

This role requires strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams.
