You will be the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Technical Product Owner responsible for shaping CRM strategy, owning the product backlog, writing user stories, and performing hands‑on Salesforce configuration.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and external vendors to design scalable, secure integrations, run workshops, and drive user adoption and process change.
The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of Salesforce experience (including 3+ years as a Product Owner/Technical Lead), proven Sales & Service Cloud configuration skills, and fluency in English, Finnish and Swedish.
