Role Overview

Salesforce Technical Lead  with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to drive CRM transformation initiatives . This role requires strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, Data Cloud (AI capabilities), and enterprise integrations , along with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions  across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms

• Architect and implement Salesforce-native solutions  using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform features

• Drive critical asset development  within Salesforce ensuring scalability, reusability, and governance
