StaffPoint is looking for Counter Supervisors to work at the airport cafe and souvenir shop at Kittilä Airport during the winter season 2026‑2027. The role involves managing daily operations, serving customers, and supporting the team in a busy international environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, smooth customer service, and overall operation of the cafe‑restaurant.
• Execute seasonal activities, product displays, and promotional campaigns with the team.
• Handle customer orders, staff shift planning, inventory management, and monthly stocktaking.
• Plan and adapt shift schedules in exceptional situations.
• Work from early morning to align with flight schedules, covering full‑time hours (112.5 hours over 3 weeks).
