Position Overview

            1. Operations Management  Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow 
Manage appointment scheduling and customer flow 
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained 
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery 
 2. Team Leadership  Supervise, train, and motivate hairstylists and assistants
