Reporting to the VP Retail, the Retail Operations Leader is responsible for providing the resources to effectively manage the daily activities of retail stores in order to maximize profit and minimize costs. The candidate is responsible for applying their expertise towards the development and execution of a loss prevention program for all SalonCentric Canada stores. Among others, the candidate’s mandate is to achieve profit preservation by taking a proactive approach to mitigating asset loss and reducing shrink. To accomplish this, the candidate will implement standard operating procedures for onboarding and engagement and will lead the store team to innovate tomorrow’s best new practices.
