Key Responsibilities Country Payroll Operations – Assigned Country Manage full-cycle payroll: novelties reconciliation, retroactive adjustments, terminations, and year-end close. Validate payroll results, perform variance analysis, and approve payroll runs before submission. Prepare and validate bank payment files, funding requests, and reconcile paid vs. processed amounts. Prepare payroll accounting files with correct cost center and account allocation for month-end close.
