Work within the fragrance design and development sphere, supporting creative projects and initiatives. This role involves coordinating creative briefs, managing timelines, sourcing materials, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Responsibilities

+ Provide backup support for compounding activities.

+ Manage the queue of sample requests and projects.

+ Organize and maintain the sample library.

+ Coordinate with evaluators and perfumers to ensure timely sample preparation.

+ Assist with shipping tasks when the shipping department is unavailable.

+ Support the sales team with sample-related information and logistics.

+ Deliver excellent customer service by addressing sample-related inquiries and providing solutions.
