Samsung Assistant Sales Manager | Calgary, AB

The new Samsung Experience Store will open at Calgary’s Market Mall. In this role you will support the Sales Manager in delivering excellence in customer experience and operations, reinforcing the Samsung brand, and meeting business goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in all aspects of sales, customer service, and staff development.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to create strategies that drive sales across categories including wireless devices, tablets, wearables, home automation products, televisions, accessories, and services.
• Accomplish multi‑product sales performance, outstanding customer experience, and operational objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and managing employees.
• Coach staff on compliance with sales standards and programs and use performance‑management strategies to ensure best‑in‑class execution.
