SAN-Operations Delivery Analyst – Madrid, Spain

The Global Operations area, including Back Office and Middle Office teams, ensures end-to-end operational activities to complete the investment cycle until the NAV is published. The analyst will support these activities by managing critical data masters, monitoring data interfaces, developing dashboards, and participating in process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data masters to ensure proper system operations, including:
  • Security master
  • Portfolios and portfolio groups
  • Users, user groups and permissions
• Monitor and troubleshoot incidents related to data interfaces between SAM internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain monthly dashboards and reports.
• Participate in projects and process enhancements.
• Prepare Data Description Requirements (DDR) for new developments.
