**Job Description**

This 3rd shift Sanitation Technician role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient juice production environment by operating sanitation and juice-making equipment, performing start-up and shut-down procedures, and supporting overall production quality. You will work from 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. as part of a small, team-oriented crew in an industrial facility, ensuring equipment and production areas meet cleanliness and operational standards.
