            Strong experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP cloud landscapes 
Solid understanding of SAP Basis, infrastructure, cloud operations, and system architecture 
Experience in customer engagement, service management, or technical account management 
Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery and incident/problem/change management 
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
