Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant to manage the technical backbone of our SAP landscape. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in Gaborone, Botswana, ideal for someone with extensive BASIS expertise in an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Coordinate with functional and development teams to resolve technical issues.
• Administer user access, roles, and system security.
• Maintain system documentation and support audit and compliance checks.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant, including experience with S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, backup/recovery, and high availability setups.
