Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

1. Incident processing and adhering to SLA standards.
2. SAP BW transport management.
3. Support with month-end processes.
4. User support.
5. Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations and dashboards.
6. Post go-live support.
7. General Operations support.
8. End to End Testing support.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. 5+ years’ experience.
2. Experience working in international teams.
3. SAP SAC.
4. SAP BW Backend and Queries.
5. SAP HANA and knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
6. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
