Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and optimize SAP Cloud ALM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop end-to-end ALM architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, and related cloud applications.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather functional and technical ALM requirements.
• Lead SAP Cloud ALM implementation projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Configure Cloud ALM components including monitoring, testing, issue management, and lifecycle automation.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of integrated toolchain mechanisms and DevOps/automation ecosystems.
• Define and maintain ALM best practices for change control, incident management, release management, and lifecycle governance.
• Oversee seamless transition processes across development, testing, and production environments.
