Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, design functional blueprints, and configure advanced EWM features tailored to specific business needs.
• Drive system integration testing (SIT), support user acceptance testing (UAT), manage master data migration, and provide post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
• Investigate and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 production incidents while managing change requests within established SLA timelines.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring system issues and continuously optimize warehouse operational efficiency.
