Must Have Skills: Deep Knowledge and understanding of SAP S4 HANA Solution, Strong Hands on Experience with Technical and functional understanding of S4 HANA EHS business process and system architecture with PSS (Product Safety & Stewardship) with Multiple lifecycle implementations & Support. Expertise in EHS sub-processes Product safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Specification database, Substance Volume Tracking, 3E/Verisk ERC and Hazardous Substance Management. Full ownership of the support tickets in the respective process area, work with integration, other process teams, development teams, 3rd party support providers to resolve the tickets within Operational/Service Level Agreement limits.

Experience with 24x7 support covering all time zones , working with multi-cultural support teams spread across different geographies. Should be able to work efficiently, effectively & independently. Some Flexibility with Working hours.
