Lead requirements gathering workshops – presenting standard SAP process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and providing insight on how standard SAP processes can support a customer’s business processes. Lead demonstrations of S4HANA on-prem and S4HANA Cloud functionality. Configure SAP systems, test new functionality, and provide ongoing support based on requirements collected. Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations for the business. Support cross‑functional business processes in the manufacturing industry. Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, and conduct workshops.
