Job Description
The SAP GTS Support Consultant will provide functional and technical support for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing global trade processes. The role involves day-to-day issue resolution, change request management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management

+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries

+ Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements

+ Configure and maintain SAP GTS settings to meet business needs
