SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant

As a SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and rollout of Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) applications within an SAP S/4 HANA Human Capital Management environment, supporting approximately 10,000 employees globally. You will collaborate with HR, IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver a modern, user-friendly self-service platform leveraging SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, SAP UI5, and S/4 HANA integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design ESS/MSS solutions aligned with organizational HR processes
• Define overall Fiori architecture for a workforce of approximately 10,000 employees
