Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Human Resources team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Certis S4 Implementation.
Responsibilities: - Lead lift-and-shift of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Own Time Management design — schemas, schedules, quotas, OT, allowances.
- Deliver Singapore statutory payroll (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG).
- Design SuccessFactors EC S/4HANA HCM integration and the payroll-to-FI/CO posting interface.
- Lead and run the H2E workshops and advise on the future-state unified HR platform direction (S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors ECP).
- Lead the onshore/offshore payroll & time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover, and hyper-care.
