 ! As an SAP HR Consultant, you will support the evolution and continuous improvement of our HR systems. Working closely with HR and IT teams, you’ll ensure that our tools and processes are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. Your expertise will be key to delivering solutions that enhance both employee experience and operational performance.
What will the role entail?

Incident Management & Support:

Lead the resolution of incidents and support tickets related to SAP ECC HR and SuccessFactors, coordinating with our external technology partner to ensure SLAs are met.

Provide first and second-level functional and technical support to HR department users, answering questions and optimizing their system experience.
