Candidate should be able to:
Managing and tracking customer feedback creating surveys, gathering results, etc.
Maintaining customer onboarding metrics to include log-in and order status leverage and build necessary dashboards
Maintaining customer and SKU master lists what products should be on the site and which customers are targeted
Lead daily meetings to drive project activities
Testing of the eCOM solution critical to ensure the solution is easy for the customers to use from logging to order tracking, etc.
Defining plans on how to improve customer onboarding e.g. manual order fees, etc.
Leadership report outs prepare slides on the status of onboarding activities
Experienced handling Customer requirements, Customer portal design & Testing
Tracking of all defects and enhancements needed to support the release and onboarding.
Customer communication content and execution
