Sourcing and procurement experience - Manage procurement processes: create and update purchase orders in SAP, maintain Purchase Info Records (PIR) and Source Lists (SL), and handle purchase requisitions.
Ensure compliance and approvals: obtain necessary approvals (like PCO) and update orders for regional requirements, pricing, and compliance.
Strong experience in SAP Ariba and PLM tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc.) to understand requirements and support business needs.
Coordinate with vendors: send drawings, review quotes, address queries, select vendors, and communicate on manufacturing timelines and shipment tracking.
