Overview

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship that offers university students the opportunity to build a career foundation through connection, creativity and impact. This role focuses on the SAP HCM Customer Onboarding Team in Barcelona, Spain, from June 1st to December 1st .

Responsibilities

• Support key tasks and activities for onboarding customers through 1:many and 1:1 touchpoints.
• Collaborate with onboarding experts and partner/customer‑facing teams to drive best‑practice onboarding guidance at scale.
• Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer and customer communications to ensure a smooth onboarding phase.
• Contribute to the Customer Value Journey and help deliver a successful implementation experience.
