Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the quality of the master data.
• Generate inventory optimization projects.
• Generate projects to improve logistics costs.
• Support plants for FES and ICB audits.
• Deploy Forvia standards at the plant level.
• Perform troubleshooting.
• Share best practices among FCM NAO plants.
• Implement new tools developed by the group.
• Train PC&L teams.
• Lead and follow up on the Inventory Workshops.
• Establish effective communication between plants and P&T through the system.
