About the Role

At Mars, our data is as essential as our iconic brands. We are seeking a strategic SAP MDG Functional Architect to lead our Master Data Governance initiatives. In this highly functional and strategic role, you will own the "why" and "what" of our master data processes.

You will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical reality—designing pure governance frameworks, crafting comprehensive proposals, and securing stakeholder buy-in. Once a proposal is approved, you will provide a seamless hand-off to our IT execution team (the hands-on-keyboard developers) to build the solution. If you are a visionary thinker who excels at process design, documentation, and stakeholder alignment within the SAP ecosystem, we want you on our team.
