We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Analyst to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and supporting our end-to-end sales and distribution processes within SAP ECC (preferably IS-Retail).

Requirements
Serve as the key resource for Order to Cash (OTC) processes in the SAP landscape, analyzing existing flows and recommending design enhancements.
Translate business requirements into functional designs for development, testing, and implementation of end-to-end OTC solutions.
Collaborate with business partners and process owners to gather requirements, perform ECC configurations, and minimize custom solutions.
Lead design sessions, troubleshoot production issues, and provide 24x7 on-call support for OTC integrations with external applications.
Monitor daily OTC processes, write Functional Specification Documents, and ensure security roles/SOD compliance for new transactions. ...
