Position Summary

Payroll Technical Analyst – Hybrid (2201 Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough). 12‑month contract with potential extension and conversion to full‑time. 2 onsite days per week (Tues/Wed) with possible 3–4 days based on business needs. 37.5 hrs/week, 9am‑5pm Monday–Friday.

Typical Day in Role

• Provide day‑to‑day support to SAP Payroll Reporting & Testing Analysts in creating and managing payroll reports, testing activities, and year‑end tax form processes (T4, T4A, Relevé1).
• Investigate, analyse and resolve technical problems within SAP payroll systems, including CRA reporting and year‑end processing issues.
• Support year‑end payroll activities: preparation, validation, reconciliation and filing of employee tax forms in compliance with CRA.
• Collaborate with the SAP Canadian Payroll Technology team to support global expansion initiatives.
