Perform the analysis of current client business processes using functional knowledge of SAP and EUHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service. Plan parametrization and define business based on requirements. Monitor adaptation and parametrization of the solution. Resolve complex problems related to the functional environment of the application. Monitor integrated testing. Complete presented solution with new identified needs. Provide training in areas of specialization. Detect potential risk. Encourage education of the team. Have a global view of the application. Ensure proper implementation in different environments. Act as functional reference to SAP HR and EUHReka. Take decisions autonomously.
