Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a prominent public sector client. This is a full-time, onsite role in Gaborone, Botswana, requiring strong leadership, project management expertise, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, from planning through to closure.
• Lead onsite and remote project teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact for all project matters.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage project expectations.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA full-cycle implementations, preferably in the public sector.
