Job Purpose

As we work to transform and optimise Mars, a new program has been mobilised by the Mars leadership team. The program is focused on the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across Segments (Petcare, Corporate, Snacking & Food). This is more than a simple “Lift and Shift”; it will undertake major process simplification and harmonisation as we digitally transform our business.

Job Description

The program focuses primarily on eight mega process areas: Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill, Lead to Cash, Governance, Engage to Consume, Idea to Market, and Recruit to Retire. It requires thought leadership, quality decision‑making, deep technical know‑how, and the ability to navigate complex business challenges while applying a holistic, multi‑disciplinary approach to each of these mega processes.
