Key Responsibilities

  • Manage End-to-End O2C Processes:
    Handle sales order processing, deliveries, billing, and returns with operational excellence.
  • Configure & Support Core SD Areas:
  • Pricing procedures, condition techniques, and tax determination
  • Billing types, copy controls, and output determination
  • Handle Contract Management:
    Work with scheduling agreements, value contracts, and service contracts.
  • Support Export/Import Processes:
    Manage export documentation, Incoterms, shipping, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive Cross-Module Integration:
    Integrate SAP SD with FI (Accounts Receivable), MM (Procurement), and logistics modules.
  • Manage Logistics Execution:
    Oversee shipping, transportation, route determination, and delivery scheduling.
  • Resolve Issues & Support Operations:
    Analyse and resolve production incidents and service tickets (L2/L3 support).<...
