Position Description:
. Gather and analyze business requirements for HR processes.
. Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules.
. Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
. Support end-to-end implementation and rollout activities.
. Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
. Create functional specifications and documentation.
. Collaborate with business users, HR teams, and technical teams.
. Support integration with SAP HCM/S4HANA and third-party applications.
. Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Required Skills
. Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
