SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on delivering cutting‑edge IT solutions for the biggest market players in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business advisory services in transformation and enterprise management systems.
• Implement SAP Human Capital Management solutions (SuccessFactors, HCM) in cloud, hybrid and on‑premise environments using both greenfield and brownfield approaches.
• Manage project quality and coordinate main project tasks.
• Provide post‑implementation review of chosen processes.
• Act as a client advisor, helping to choose the most suitable business solution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SAP HR system implementations.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors EC+COMP certification.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM (additional asset).
