Job Description
This is a remote position.
- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the full payroll cycle, including data input, calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and child allowances.
- Compliance & Social Insurance: Ensure compliance with federal and cantonal social insurance regulations (AVS, AI, APG, AC, LPP) and manage withholding tax calculations and reporting.
- Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Update HR systems with new hires, terminations, salary changes, and bank details, ensuring high accuracy.
- Reporting & Filings: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for authorities (e.g., ELM, STATPOP, Salary Certificates).
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding salary, tax, and social security inquiries.
