DECISION is looking for a SAP Technical Lead.

• The candidate must have:
- SAP Success Factors, particularly in the modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation Management, Succession & Development;
- SAP Business Technology Platform;
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
- Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving;
- Commitment to quality of deliveries;
- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR;
- Experience in strategic projects;
- Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of application technologies;
- Hands-on experience with these technologies;
- Experience with designing complex solutions.
