Key Responsibilities

Extract and analyze large volumes of transactional data from Amazon Redshift databases, including both header and detail-level transaction records for restaurant locations. Develop and maintain SAS programs to retrieve data for selected stores, products, pricing scenarios, and business channels. Perform monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc Quality Control (QC) validations on Price Mix reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Conduct data reconciliation between source systems, Redshift tables, and downstream reporting outputs. Calculate and validate key business metrics, including: Weighted Average Price (WAP) Mean (Average) Price Mode Price Net Sales Gross Sales Guest Counts Units Sold Channel-Level Performance Metrics Store-Level Performance Metrics Analyze pricing trends, promotional impacts, and product mix performance across stores and sales channels.
