We are seeking experienced and dedicated Sausage Production Specialists to join our production team. This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in sausage manufacturing and a thorough understanding of the complete sausage production process from raw material preparation to final product packaging. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor sausage production machinery, including: Bowl Cutters Tumblers Sausage Filling Machines Linking and clipping equipment Prepare and process meat according to production specifications and recipes. Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety standards are maintained throughout production.
