**Carolina Waste** is seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Scale House Attendant** to join our team in **N. Charleston, SC** . Previous experience in the waste or recycling industry is a strong plus but not required for the right candidate.

This role is a critical first point of contact for our customers and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
+ Operate truck scales (weighing vehicles in and out accurately)
+ Maintain and update customer account and transaction information
+ Set up new customer accounts in the system
+ Run daily and monthly operational reports and input data into Excel spreadsheets
+ Generate, review, and process customer invoices
+ Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and site staff
