Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role as a ServiceNow customer or with a ServiceNow implementation and deployment partner.
Experienced working with the following ServiceNow components and modules:
ServiceNow Incident Management (IM), Major Incident Management (MIM)
