Build and manage forecast-based schedules and real time tasks

Coordinate staffing requirements across teams

Monitor real-time performance and adjust schedules as needed

Partner closely with operations to ensure services level goals met

We are looking for:

Currently residing in the Philippines

Experience in WFM scheduling and real time (BPO/Shared Services preferred)

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Proficiency with WFM tolls

Someone organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
