We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join a successful search firm based in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and wants to play a key role within a growing business.

The role will be a blend of complex diary management, scheduling and executive support, working closely with the founder to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating interviews, meetings and calls across multiple time zones, often with senior stakeholders, so strong attention to detail and the ability to think ahead are essential.

This role would suit someone who is naturally organised, calm under pressure and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
