As Channel Scheduling Specialist – Retail, you will play a key role in helping One NZ deliver a seamless omni‑channel customer experience by ensuring our frontline retail teams are scheduled effectively and supported to perform at their best. Working closely with the Senior Scheduling Specialist, you will help coordinate day‑to‑day rostering across touch, talk, and type channels, making sure schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned to customer demand, store trading patterns, and business priorities.
