The YMCA is hiring School Age Educators to implement and lead quality programs. This role involves actively engaging children, ensuring a safe and enriching environment, and fostering inclusivity. You’ll work flexible shifts that cater to the needs of families and contribute to their children's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement child-focused educational activities
• Guarantee safety and quality care for children
• Maintain clear supervision at all times
• Adhere to YMCA and municipal regulations
• Build welcoming, inclusive environments for every child
Requirements:
• 18 years or older
• First Aid & CPR Level C certification (valid)
• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience in childcare settings (volunteer or employment)
• Ability to support up to six Family of Schools
