**Pay Rate:** $18.00–$21.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM – 6:00 PM

**Position Overview**

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic **After-School Aides** to support students in an after-school program in El Segundo, CA. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, promoting a positive learning environment, and assisting with daily activities that encourage student growth and engagement.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and support students during after-school activities.
+ Assist with homework, educational enrichment, and recreational activities.
+ Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
+ Encourage appropriate behavior and positive social interactions among students.
+ Assist program staff with activity preparation, setup, and cleanup.
