**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be working within the food and beverage operations. This includes working across the buffet restaurant, in room dining, banquets, and gallery lounge teams.
You will be learning key skills that are fundamental in hospitality such as sequence of service, barista skills, handling cash/credit cards, learning about different drinks and beverages and more.
Make a start on your hospitality career whilst you finish at school
+ Work and get paid with our hotel 1 day per week (and 50% of school holidays) and school for the other 4 days over year 11 & 12
+ You will be signed up with TAFE to complete the studies part and to gain your qualification
