Position Summary



Barr Transportation is seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our team as School Bus Driver Trainees. This is a paid training position designed to prepare candidates to become licensed school bus drivers. Trainees will receive instruction and hands-on training to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements and learn all company and state-required safety procedures.



Candidates who successfully complete the training program and meet all licensing and qualification requirements may be offered employment as either a Part-Time or Full-Time School Bus Driver with Barr Transportation.

•  Participate in classroom, behind-the-wheel, and hands-on training programs.
