We are working with an Ofsted Outstanding academy in Leeds seeking a strategic and meticulous School Business Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP, essential for the operational success of a large secondary site.

The Role

• Financial Oversight: Lead the school’s financial strategy, managing budgets, procurement, and audit compliance with total precision.

• HR & Operations: Oversee personnel records and site contracts, ensuring all administrative functions run like clockwork.

• Leadership: Act as a key advisor to the Headteacher and SLT, providing the technical support required for long-term planning.
