Job Scope:

Disciplinary Support, via a restorative practice approach:

. Supporting late-coming, in-house suspension and detentions, and support pull-out programmes

. Serves as a mentor for students requiring closer guidance.

. Patrolling classroom blocks, canteen, basketball courts and field during recess and lunch times

. Conducts physical monitoring and patrolling on school premises and neighborhood after school curriculum hours.

Investigative & Case Support:

. When incidences happen, to support investigations and support students via the Restorative Practices approach by obtaining student and witness statements for Student Management KPs for follow up

. Closing the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students where needed
